Thai Customer Care Senior Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Thai Customer Care Senior Associate to digitally resolve customer issues with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through digital channels.
- Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to de-escalate frustrations and build lasting customer relationships.
- Apply superior problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Manage multiple tasks and interactions, prioritizing requests and concerns efficiently.
- Make sound decisions independently while adapting to rapidly changing environments.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an international contact center.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, listening, and comprehension skills in Thai and English.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with objectivity and adapt to accelerating changes.
- For remote work: must have a secure workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
Work Setup
- Initial 3-4 months of onsite training, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.
