Architectural Project Manager – 3D Rendering (Remote – Philippines)

We are seeking a talented and organized Architectural Project Manager with strong 3D rendering experience to join our growing digital 3D team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing architectural visualization projects, communicating with clients, and coordinating work between our 3D artists and production teams. You'll act as the bridge between design intent and visual execution, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high professional standard.

This role suits someone with a strong architectural foundation who enjoys both design detail and client interaction in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3D rendering projects from start to finish, including client coordination and team scheduling.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with 3D artists, modelers, and production staff to deliver high-quality renderings.
  • Review outputs for accuracy, design integrity, and presentation quality.
  • Track project progress and maintain organized documentation and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required).
  • Proven experience in 3D rendering or architectural visualization.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
  • Working knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer is an advantage.
