We're hiring motivated individuals in Davao City for an in-office opportunity with paid training to become a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) — no healthcare background required

  • Some experience speaking with Americans (customer service, sales, BPO, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A desire to grow, learn, and level up your career

What You'll Learn in Our Paid Training:

  • How to use EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
  • How to verify insurance benefits
  • How to triage incoming calls and route them properly
  • How to answer patient calls professionally
  • Proper documentation and appointment scheduling
  • Basics of HIPAA compliance
  • Understanding US healthcare workflows
