JOB SUMMARY:

Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase its market share. The role involves managing social media platforms, coordinating events such as store openings and grand launches, collaborating with influencers, and working closely with marketing and talent agencies to maximize promotional efforts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
  • Plan and execute brand management strategies to enhance visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Organize and coordinate events, including store operations, activations, and grand launches.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, marketing agencies, and talent agencies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals and brand identity.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management, brand management, and events management.
  • Strong network of contacts with influencers, marketing, and talent agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.

NOTE: Successful candidate will be assigned to our sister company, Tasty Ventures Inc. (AGE.3).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
