Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales performance, branch operations, and team development across assigned areas to ensure the achievement of company targets and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage sales operations across assigned branches within NCR, STR, and Bulacan.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor branch performance, sales reports, and key metrics.
  • Coach, motivate, and evaluate Branch Managers and sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for sales support and operational concerns.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and recommend improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any four-year course; business-related courses are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail, motorcycle, or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned within NCR, STR, and Bulacan areas.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
