Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Marketing

  2. Develop engaging marketing materials, social media content to promote products and services.

  3. Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional copy aligned with brand voice.
  4. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing channels.

  5. Handle and manage official social media accounts, including posting schedules, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

  6. Telemarketing Support

  7. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote offerings and generate leads.

  8. Respond to inbound inquiries, providing accurate product and service information.

  9. Record qualified leads for follow-up by the sales team.

  10. Customer Engagement

  11. Build rapport with prospects and clients to strengthen brand relationships.

  12. Provide professional and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns.

  13. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  14. Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align strategies.

  15. Participate in brainstorming sessions, training, and performance reviews to enhance skills.
  16. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • College graduate (business, communications, or marketing courses preferred).
  • Experience in marketing, telemarketing, sales, or content creation is an advantage, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
    • Confident phone presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus. Basic skills in photo and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
