Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in either building or industrial automation sectors.
  • Regularly visit customers to promote and explain the benefits of Uniwells products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities to their successful conclusion.
  • Build and maintain enduring customer relationships.
  • Participate in project execution and provide exceptional after-sales support.
  • Engage in industry exhibitions and seminars to showcase Uniwells technologies.
  • Consistently report on market activities, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • Background in calibration, process control, or instrumentation is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer and site visits.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and technical acumen.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong motivation to develop sales skills and professional abilities through our training programs.
  • Based in Manila, ready to work from our headquarters in Mandaluyong City.
