  • 3D Modeling:Creating and updating 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM software like Revit.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and design coordination.
  • Model Maintenance:Maintaining and updating BIM models based on design changes, incorporating new information, and resolving clashes.
  • Drawing Production:Generating 2D drawings, shop drawings, and other documentation from the 3D model.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring the models and drawings meet project standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Clash Detection:Identifying and resolving clashes or conflicts between different building systems and components within the model.
  • Documentation:Maintaining proper documentation of models, drawings, and other project-related information.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to BIM standards, project workflows, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Family Creation:Creating custom parametric families for specific project requirements.
  • Schedule Management:Assisting in managing project schedules, task assignments, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
