Job Responsibilities

As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for three key areas:

  1. Operations and Client Management

You will oversee the planning and execution of client engagements, ensuring they align with our delivery standards. This includes:

  • Reviewing financial statements and management reports.
  • Analyzing and summarizing issues, then providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Preparing and implementing client onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Ensuring project deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met on time.
  • Facilitating team and client meetings to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.

  • Monitoring team productivity and tracking time charges.

  • People Management

You will be responsible for the growth and performance of your team. This involves:

  • Supervising, mentoring, and coaching Senior Accounting Analysts and Accounting Analysts.
  • Monitoring team member performance and providing consistent feedback.
  • Assisting with training and setting clear expectations for the team.
  • Participating in the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Preparing and executing performance evaluations.

3 General Duties

You will also contribute to the overall improvement of the company by:

  • Making recommendations to enhance existing service delivery and accounting procedures.
  • Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Job Qualifications

With a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting.

Having a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Xero license is a plus.

You'll need at least three years of experience preparing and analyzing financial statements, along with three to five years of supervisory experience in people management.

This is a fast-paced role, so you must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work with multiple clients on various projects. You should also be able to start as soon as possible.

This is a hybrid role where you'll be working both from our Ortigas Center, Pasig City office (for client assignments) and from home.
