About the role

As an Amazon Retail Account Associate at AUXILIA INC', you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon's retail clients. This is a fulltime role based in Cebu City, Cebu, offering an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide responsive and efficient support to Amazon's retail customers via email, chat, and other digital communication channels
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer service
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazon's products, services, and policies

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  3. Familiarity with customer service best practices and experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing role
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
