Job Summary : Ensure the effective administration of Company Health Protocol

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Implement and monitor Health Protocol

2.  Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel

3.  Renders physical examination, first aid and routine treatment

4.  Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plan and maintain medical records

5.  Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates

6.  Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate

7.  Schedule and monitor Annual Medical Examination and Executive Check Up of  employees

8.  Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies

9.  Initiate or create health programs or activities

  1. Coordination with the Health Care Provider

  2. Coordination with Officer in charge / Government institution in availing Sickness Benefits

  3. Maintain and update Employee Medical records and DOLE Medical Reports

  4. Facilitation and Coordination for the Health & Wellness Activity

  5. Provides clerical support to the various HR functions

  6. Perform other task that the management may assign from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing; with Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam),
  • Must be a registered nurse;
  • Undergone Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training (BOSH)
  • Working experience in the related field (Company Nurse);
  • With clinical/nursing skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Preferably resides around Mandaue Cebu
