You will help ensure that the company's processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company goals. You'll be part of the team that checks how things are done, makes sure rules are followed, and suggests improvements. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in reviewing and testing company processes, such as system access, security checks, change management, and operations.
  • Help evaluate how effective risk management, governance, and internal control processes are across different brands and business units.
  • Take part in planning, organizing, and carrying out audit activities based on set timelines and scope.
  • Document findings and assess internal controls using tools like checklists, flowcharts, and walkthroughs.
  • Contribute to audit reports and ensure accuracy and quality in all audit-related documents.
  • Continuously learn and develop both technical and professional skills to grow in your role.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Internal Auditing (CPA is a plus but not required).
  • No work experience needed—you will receive full training.
  • Interest in auditing, compliance, risk management, or business processes.
  • Basic knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to develop professional skills on an ongoing basis.
  • Willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City
