Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end warehouse, logistics, and material management operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficient material flow, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and manage warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, labeling, system transactions, material picking, FG packing, loading, and dispatch.
  • Manage all deliveries (import/local - containerized, truck, van) and ensure completeness and accuracy of documents (DR, SI, PO), including PEZA stamping and signatures.
  • Ensure weekly inventory checks, cycle counts, and high inventory accuracy across all locations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in material flow across warehouses and shopfloor.
  • Handle end-to-end management of direct and indirect materials.
  • Review and approve bill of lading; resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with billing standards.
  • Coordinate with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, brokers, consultants, and other agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, GST, and internal policies.
  • Deliver cost savings, freight-spend analysis, and logistics improvement initiatives.
  • Provide justification for headcount requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 7-10 years of experience, including minimum 3 years in people-management roles.
  • Strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics in manufacturing/semiconductor environments.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
