
Customer Support Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Agent to join our growing support team. In this role, you will provide top-level support to high-value customers, helping them navigate products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is based on-site at our Fort Bonifacio office and requires flexibility to work nights and weekends to support 24/7 operations.
As a Customer Success Agent, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers resolve issues efficiently and proactively guiding them to get the most value from the platform. Your ability to empathize, communicate clearly, and think critically will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, email), ensuring accurate, timely, and professional responses.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Provide technical support and walk customers through using tools and features.
- Track and document issues accurately, escalating when necessary to internal teams.
- Educate customers on best practices and how to maximize product features.
- Monitor and anticipate customer needs to proactively address potential concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and eliminate recurring issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and stay up to date with industry trends.
