Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented UX Designer who thrives on turning complex ideas into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate will optimize web and app flows, craft clear user journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experiences that drive engagement and conversions. This role is perfect for designers who blend logic, creativity, and empathy, designing for real impact in people's lives.

Job Highlights:

  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
  • Monthly Rate: 73,000
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM NSW Time (flexible during client business hours)
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent work-from-home
  • Immediate Start

Purpose:

Enhance clarity, navigation, and user confidence across web and mobile touchpoints, and establish the conceptual UX framework for upcoming app development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct UX audits for key flows
  • Build wireframes for web and mobile
  • Support checkout flow optimization
  • Create IA documentation
  • Develop conceptual UX pathways for future app releases
  • Collaborate with CRO, copy, and branding teams
  • Produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes

Expected Output:

  • UX audit deliverables
  • Weekly wireframes for web & mobile
  • Checkout flow map
  • App UX concept

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of UX design experience
  • Mastery of Figma
  • Familiarity with UX writing (preferred)
  • Ability to simplify complex scientific/health concepts into clean user journeys

  • Strong visual clarity and logical thinking
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • High documentation discipline
