Qualifications:
  • BS Accountancy Graduate
  • Preferably CPA/ ACCA Certified
  • 5 years and above Experience in Accounting and Finance/Audit
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Has good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High emotional intelligence, organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Has pleasing personality and good work-ethics.
  • Strong personality/knowledge.
  • With SAP tool background.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for controlling/monitoring cash balances, including bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for generation of monthly collectibles (AR) and for payments (AP).
  • Responsible for cash flow making, actual and forecast.
  • Review check vouchers prepared by staff before approval.
  • Monitor and control BS (Balance Sheet) and Loans, including JLST and 30+ payments.
  • Responsible for GATES Entry AR (Local & Export) and AP non-trade transactions.
  • Monitor Bank Loans and BS Reconciliation.
  • Responsible for issuance of Official Receipts.
  • Attends to queries of overseas suppliers and/or customers including audit confirmation.
  • Responsible for online transfer/disbursement and reimbursement.
  • Review and monitor the credit limit of customers and suppliers and update in GATES.
  • Updating ITP and company Books of Accounts, Cash Receipt Book.
  • Request for OMW (Non-Reimbursable Expenses).
  • SALES & GP including Inventory.
  • Variance report (Excel & PPT).
  • Monthly Report
  • Performs any other task that may be assigned by immediate superior and Pres. & GM.
