Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager/Key Personnel (KP) at The Belle Salon, located in located in Vista Mall Taguig, Victory Pasay Mall, Symphony QC, One Archers Taft, Ever Santolan Pasig, and Cubao. The Key Personnel will help ensure that clients receive excellent service and enjoy a clean, comfortable, and professional salon environment. Responsibilities include supervising the Belle Salon staff, assisting senior stylists and beauticians, preparing tools and materials, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, greeting customers, and performing basic customer service and support tasks.

Qualifications

  • Does not require salon experience but similar customer service role is an advantage
  • Friendly, trustworthy, honest, and well-groomed
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff to meet team and company objectives.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team accountability.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or training as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor resource allocation, schedules, and performance standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimize cost-efficiency.
  • College graduate or equivalent; training in beauty or wellness is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the salon industry
