Loan Documentation Associate

The position is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Also, collaborate with various stakeholders, including loan officers, legal teams, and customers, to facilitate the smooth and efficient completion of loan transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

  • Coordinate with loan officers and other departments to gather necessary information for documentation.

  • Verify borrower information and documentation to ensure compliance with established policies.

  • Validate collateral documentation and perform due diligence to mitigate risk.

  • Collaborate with external parties, such as notaries and appraisers, to facilitate the completion of required documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of loan documentation.

  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of loan files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or any related field.

  • At least two (2) years work-related experience.

  • Knowledgeable in loan regulatory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work in Davao Del Sur
