1.Identifies individuals, companies, and government agencies as prospective F.A.S.T. Laboratories customers.

2.Promotes F.A.S.T. Laboratories services to these prospective customers.

3.Submits an accomplished Customer Information Sheet for the database and term application.

4.Submits price quotations and secures orders from customers.

5.Closes contracts for projects and endorses to laboratory operations through the Technical Sales Coordinator.

6.Maintains and expands business coverage both with new and existing customers.

7.Ensures timely payment collection for the services rendered.

8.Collaborates with the departments (Quality, Technical, Laboratory, Accounting, and Human Resources) for project execution and completion.

9.Communicates customer feedback, concerns, and requests to the concerned department through the Quality Management System team.

10.Participates in trade expositions for market visibility, network expansion, and business growth.

11.Ensures proper and strict implementation of marketing and sales systems.
