Job Highlights:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our finance and operations team across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial administration skills, excellent data accuracy, and the ability to manage reporting cycles and vendor processes efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Commissions & Deal-file Management – Manage and track commission payments and maintain accurate deal files across EU and North American markets.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare and deliver bi-monthly financial reports for the UK and EU.
  • Accounts Preparation & Payment Processing – Assist with bi-monthly accounts preparation and process payments for the UK and EU.
  • Pipeline Management & Manager Reporting – Monitor financial pipeline, track progress, and provide timely reports to management.
  • Vendor Management & Procurement – Coordinate vendor relationships, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely payments.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation & Data Gathering – Perform CC reconciliations, gather supporting data, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial assistance, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
  • Strong understanding of international financial processes (UK/EU/North America experience desirable).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills for liaising with vendors, managers, and cross-regional teams.
