JOB PURPOSE

To support business units by providing meaningful and timely financial reports, ensuring data integrity and financially sound decision-making.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports and align business unit metrics performance of assigned business unit.

  • Assist AVP & Financial reporting head in the preparation and presentation of relevant financial reports.

  • Assists in the development of financial models for specific business areas identified by management.

  • Coordinates with departments to monitor priority areas and ensure the reporting of relevant information timely and accurately.

  • Provide support to the budgeting process and monitoring of resource utilization of the assigned business unit.

  • Aligns with business unit managers and assist in the preparation of forecasts for presentation to management.

  • Manages and maintain databases used for reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Educational Attainment

  1. Bachelors/College Degree in Management accounting/Accountancy/Financial   management

Experience

  1. A minimum of three (3) years' experience in financial report and/or management reporting

  2. Able to navigate through standard reports of SAP ECC

  3. Strong time management and organizational skills

  4. Fluent spoken and written English

  5. COMPETENCIES

  6. Excellent communication both oral and written, with strong interpersonal skills.

  7. Attention to details with good analytical skills.

  8. Good "people skills" for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.

  9. High level of professionalism.

  10. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.

  11. Experience with Data Visualization tools.

  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
