JOB PURPOSE:

Assist Operations Team in making data-driven decisions by providing relevant insights through performance reports and analysis.

JOB FUNCTION:

  • Prepares and analyzes monthly financial performance of company-owned stores.
  • Prepares and presents monthly management reports covering financial performance of company owned stores. These reports include but are not limited to store profitability report, variance analysis by store/area with comparisons against targets and prior year, MANCOM, Executive Committee and Board of Directors reports and presentations.
  • Collects insights and reports from field staff to support performance reports.
  • Prepares business case and financial analysis to support store openings, closures, and divestments.
  • Analyzes and interprets raw data into conclusive findings for management use
  • Assists Operations teams in preparing and defending annual financial budget and outlook/forecasts
  • Coordinates with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Perform other financial and operations analysis tasks that may be required by the FP&A Head

TO BE SUCCESSFUL ON THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy;
  • CFA or CPA is preferred
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in business analysis, accounting and financial reporting
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average in time management and organizational skills
  • Good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proven knowledge of information analysis
  • Hands on experience data collection analysis
  • Applies logic to solve problems and get the job done.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, preferably SAP, MS Office applications and business intelligence tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php130,000.00 per month
