Job Purpose:

Assist the product management and customer experience design teams with research, design, and measurement of key metrics for various web, mobile and internal applications. Moreover, the associate would also assist with the management of the systems/platforms that enable these.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for output within the CXD workflow, from requirements gathering, design, and validation.
  • Coordinate with and present to product owners and project sponsors.
  • Management of existing workflows such as Design System, VOC campaigns etc.
  • Management of multiple projects.

Key Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Graduate of IT, Web Design, Web Development, Business, or equivalent course
  • At least 3 years' experience in user experience design, customer experience, and service design
  • Background in ecommerce is a plus
  • Certification regarding design thinking, project management or user experience is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Figma or equivalent (Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Can translate user requirement documents into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Should be able to present ideas and concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge of complex design features such as Design System, Variables, Design Tokens is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
