Position Overview:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation in assigned areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests, employees, or residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and surfaces.
  • Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow proper cleaning procedures.
  • Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Maintain organized cleaning supply areas.
  • Assist with laundry tasks when required.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • With or without experience (training can be provided).
  • Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, reliable, and with good work ethic.
