Your Role:

Data Entry and Analysis:
  • Execute precise data entry and analysis procedures.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of internal accounts, meticulously handling accounts payables, and ensuring accuracy in managing accounts receivables.

General Accounting Activities:
  • Undertake comprehensive general accounting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial processes.
  • Manage and maintain databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute bank reconciliations to guarantee the alignment of financial records and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
What You Need:

Requirements:
  • Preferably 1+ year(s) of experience, with a focus on practical knowledge in accounting and SAP Business One
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One and other accounting software
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Can work independently
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of cash & accrual accounting based methods
  • Experience working on Financial Statements & associated reports to assist every month in preparation.
  • Understands how to analyze General Ledger accounts
