Accounting Staff performs routine accounting tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and reconciling accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate and update accounting records related to monitoring of Assets, insurance, and claims
  • Verify and prepare accounting entries to record Income, purchase, and expense transactions
  • Prepare schedule of accounts
  • Assist in preparations documents requested by other departments

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

  • Candidate must possess degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in General Accounting/ Finance/ Payables
  • Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping, Fixed Asset, Inventory Analysis, Costing, Insurance and Real estate transactions is an advantage
  • Must possess good analytical skills
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Keen to details and with a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Can handle multitasking with minimal supervision
  • Willing to assign in Cabuyao, Laguna and Makati City
