Customer Care Senior Associate (Thai Speaker)

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Hours: Day Shift

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Sr. Associate who can deliver exceptional digital support with professionalism and empathy. In this role, you will:

  • Resolve customer issues across multiple digital channels with accuracy and care
  • Provide effective troubleshooting and product support
  • De-escalate customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team while being capable of working independently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2.5 years of international contact center/customer service experience (hyper care support a plus)
  • Previous digital and/or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, listening, comprehension)
  • Fluent in both Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making abilities
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php115,000.00 per month
