Production Planner Staff

  • Closely coordinates with sales department for the accuracy of the customer order and ensure all necessary documents needed prior to planning and production are complete.
  • Issues Job Orders to assigned contractors and Production supervisors for easy identification of manpower requirement per project.
  • Updates and monitors reports in reference to production schedule based on report submitted by warehouse, production, product engineering and purchasing department.
  • Updates and monitors the actual output versus target output based on plan.
  • Forecasts the materials needed in every project.
  • Responsible for balancing the work in process of warehouse.
  • Reports to and updates immediate superior the production progress and concerns and recommends possible solution if necessary.
  • Monitors Work In Process (WIP's) and Finished Units in the production line every end of the month.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any 4 years course.
  • Preferably with experience in Planning gained from Electronics/Manufacturing Company.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access)
  • Requires strong planning, analytical, and communications skills.
  • Willing to assigned at Maguyam, Silang, Cavite.
