We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building efficient, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer.
  • Backend: 2–3 years in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Frontend: 2–3 years in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • NodeJS and ReactJS: 2–3 years development experience.
  • Capable of coding — coding exam required by client.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with architectural and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, Queues, APIs, Databases).
  • Exposure to API Design and UI/UX Development.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and code quality focus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, or RHOCP.
  • Exposure to Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.
  • Experience with serverless architectures.

Job Description

  • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  • Develop and implement simplified, customer-focused business logic.
  • Conduct seasonal R&D and innovation sprints to enhance technical skills.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain system stability by identifying and fixing bugs.

Note: A coding exam will be administered as part of the application process — only candidates with strong hands-on coding experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
