Qualifications:

  • Must have an experience in liaising to government agencies
  • Knowledgeable in contracts preparation and review
  • Familiarity in Corporate Housekeeping
  • Experience in processing documents for SEC is an advantage
  • Team player, organized , detail-oriented and has initiative

Job Summary:

Provides support and assistance to the corporate legal department in its daily activities

Tasks and Duties:

  • Prepare Board Resolution and/or Secretary's Certificates and other legal documents as per instruction of the legal counsel
  • Draft, revise, organize, and review other documents such as complaints, affidavits, agreements, corporate, documents, and applications to Government agencies
  • Responsible for filling, monitoring, and updating of legal documents to different government agencies
  • Carry-out legal research aimed at finding out precedent cases relevant to current corporate cases, relevant statutes, court decisions, legal articles, etc.
  • Monitors, files, and follow-up the status of cases with the Municipal Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, Court of Appeals, Supreme Courts, and other legal institutions
  • Coordinates with the Sheriff to facilitate the attachment, execution, or enforcement of court decisions
  • Coordinates with external legal counsel for monitoring updates of cases and meeting schedules
  • Provides assistance in legal meetings and other functions that require the services/ attention of the legal department
  • Secure compliance of Czark Mak Companies with government rules and regulations including permits
  • SEC Processing
