Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of our BESS solutions—from market research and conceptualization to launch and post-market performance optimization. You will drive innovation, ensuring our products align with market demands, industry standards, and technological advancements.

This position requires deep expertise in energy storage technologies, customer needs, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure our BESS products meet customer requirements and strategic business goals.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Define and execute the BESS product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Power 4 All's strategic goals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
• Drive new product development (NPD) initiatives, from feasibility analysis to go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with Business Development (BD) or Research and Development (R&D) Quality Assurance (QA), and engineering teams to develop innovative, cost-effective, and high-performance storage solutions.
• Assess and implement technological advancements in BESS to maintain product leadership.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to enhance product development and cost efficiency.
• Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and differentiation in the market.
• Support the sales and business development teams with technical and commercial insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and deliver product training to internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the BESS product lifecycle, stocking or ageing, marketing, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure efficient sourcing and manufacturing processes.

Who we need for the high-performance team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy), Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Battery Energy Storage Systems, Renewable Energy, or Power Systems.
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, energy storage solutions, grid integration, and power electronics.
• Experience in market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory policies, industry certifications, and environmental standards is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
