Key Responsibilities:

➢ Provide customer support via phone, email, online chat, and social media channels.

➢ Handle customer inquiries on both Amazon and company website platforms.

➢ Assist in pre-sales consultation and identify customer needs to drive order placements.

➢ Resolve product usage issues and provide post-sales support for energy storage batteries.

➢ Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and support product iterations.

Qualifications:

✓ Proficient in English communication (spoken and written) for English agents; fluent in German

for the German agent position.

✓ Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

✓ Typing speed of 45-50 WPM.

✓ 2+ years of customer service experience, with 1-2 years in after-sales service for electronic

products preferred.

✓ Experience with international e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and familiarity with the

energy storage or new energy industries.

✓ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to shift schedules
