The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for performing warehouse duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accepts deliveries, with proper inspection of quantity and quality of goods, and ensures that they match the corresponding POs.
  • Checks condition of packages and quantities against delivery slip and packing list.
  • Supervises truck unloading and loading of goods; provides assistance, as necessary.
  • Receives defective parts and materials from site returns and keeps accurate records. Submits the same to the Warehouse Management Department Head for proper handing.
  • Accomplishes non-compliance sheets for delivery disputes and submits the same to the Warehouse Management Department Head.
  • Processes and prepares requisition orders: get stock items and materials, packs in appropriate boxes, labels boxes, places orders in designated delivery area.
  • Tracks shipments in coordination with logistics and hauling providers.
  • Ensure that stock movements are entered into the computer system as soon as there is physical entry and exit of stocks in the warehouse.
  • Sorts inventory in an organized and accessible manner with proper labeling and markings.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse space (shelves, pallet area, and workstations) neat and organized.
  • Conducts regular inventory count and monitoring.
  • Enforces inventory controls within warehouse operations and ensures proper compliance with warehouse procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Completes regular reports (daily, weekly, etc.) relevant to warehouse operations
  • Performs other tasks, as instructed, from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and any ERP system.
  • With keen attention to details and has good documentation and record keeping skills.
  • Must be physically fit to be able to load/unload items.
  • NCII Forklift Operation Certification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
