Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in the installation, configuring and testing of software, hardware and computer networks and application systems.
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks.
  • Diagnose software or hardware issues and monitor system performance and troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems in the organization.
  • Ensure that database are properly secured, backed up and recovered quickly.
  • Assist in the formulation of IT related policies, guidelines and procedures that are align with industry standards.
  • Help users troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Evaluate and determine replacement of equipment.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3 years Relevant Work Experience.
  • Good understanding of current IT security and Data protection standards, networking, technical support systems,  etc.
  • Exercises initiative and creativity to complete projects within the project scope.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
