About the role

You'll drive top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel conversions, run the content calendar, publish across FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube, manage community engagement, and turn attention into inquiries, booked consults, and sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute monthly content & promo calendars per brand (posts, reels/shorts, live/webinar pushes).
  • Write hooks, captions, scripts; schedule/publish via Meta Business Suite/Creator Studio & YouTube Studio.
  • Run demand-gen plays: DM outreach to engagers, webinar/event funnels, simple landing copy.
  • Coordinate with content & design role for asset needs; brief, review, and QA outputs before publish.
  • Weekly reporting: reach, ER, CTR, watch time, saves/shares, leads, booked consults, show-ups, sales.
  • Maintain brand voice, content pillars, and compliance (Data Privacy Act; consent for testimonials/footage).
  • Community management support: reply to comments/DMs, qualify leads, and follow through.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in social/content marketing with hands-on sales enablement (lead gen to booked calls).
  • Strong copywriting (Taglish and EN), short-form scripting, and CTA crafting.
  • Confident with analytics and turning numbers into next actions.
  • Tools: Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, Google Workspace, Airtable/Sheets; bonus: basic CapCut.
  • Nice to have: webinar funnels, basic SEO for YouTube, FB Ads.
