Join our Global Service Desk team and become the frontline hero providing exceptional day-to-day support to internal and external customers across multiple time zones. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, technical assistance, and resolving a wide range of service requests related to our core products, including Microsoft 365, Teams Calling, SharePoint, Azure, and other services. Using your strong technical skills and customer-focused approach.

This role offers the opportunity to work with both cloud-based and on-site technologies, while following industry best practices and Standard Operating Procedures. You will contribute to problem management by identifying root causes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer.
  • Proven experience with AWS core services (VPC, EC2, S3, Route 53, RDS) and security/monitoring tools (WAF, CloudWatch, GuardDuty).
  • Skilled in deploying and managing cloud workloads across AWS, Office 365, and Azure, including Office 365 services and Microsoft 365 security/compliance.
  • Strong background in Windows Server , Linux, and DevOps practices, with experience in IT Service Management or Telecom environments preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple customer sites and in virtual, remotely managed teams.
  • Relevant IT degree with ITIL Foundation and AWS/Azure certifications considered a plus.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
