Position Title: Performance Test Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Performance Testing projects from INI Phase to EXE Phase.
  • Direct collaboration and coordination with clients and multiple IT teams, incuding SA, Dev, Support, BU, Tech team.
  • Team administration tasks include capacity planning, resource, project allocation, and mentoring of team members.
  • Create and Assist team members in creating Performance Test scripts using LoadRunner and Jmeter for the tollway system.
  • Create and Implement process documents including team guidelines for Test Planning, Defect Management, and Testing.
  • Monitors testing status, metrics reporting, and analysis which includes Test Metrics, Defect Metrics
  • Implements and monitors Performance testing standards for the team.
  • Day-to-day tasks as a performance tester includes Requirements Gathering, Application Walkthrough, Test Execution Planning, Test Scripting, Scenario Creation, Monitoring set-up and Test Execution, and Results analysis and walkthrough.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 to 5 years of experience leading/managing a team of Performance Testers 
  • Should have knowledge and background in performance test planning and approach 
  • Should have experience defining test approach and extracting non-functional requirements
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to project manage, troubleshoot and think out of the box.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
