Gallagher Center of Excellence is looking for a talented and experienced
Data Protection Manager/DPO
to join our team in
Manila, Philippines

What You'll Do:

Assist the Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) in implementing global and APAC-specific Data Privacy Frameworks.

Act as the
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
for Gallagher's Center of Excellence (GCoE) in Manila.

Monitor GCoE Manila's compliance with the DPA, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, issuances by the NPC and other applicable laws and policies.

Provide hands-on privacy advice, guidance, and support across APAC, including mergers and acquisitions.

Conduct
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
relative to activities, measures, projects, programs, or systems of GCoE Manila.

Collaborate across teams to ensure data security measures align with organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

2-4 years of experience in data protection, privacy, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines and other APAC Privacy Law.

Certifications like
CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT
are a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
