Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you'll manage data extraction, reporting, contract systems, and procurement initiatives. You'll support the team with category plans, process improvements, and ESG goals-all while ensuring streamlined, high-impact procurement operations that drive real value across the business.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 5 years of procurement experience
  • Experience with NetSuite, PowerPoint, and advanced spreadsheets
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Comfort in working with a variety of CRM and in-house systems
  • Someone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
  • Process improvement skills and mindset

Your Daily Tasks

  • Extract pertinent data from various systems for purification, organization, and formatting
  • Timely update of existing reports, including trend data modification
  • Maintain Procurement reports and systems, including savings tracking and contract expiries
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement initiatives and category plans
  • Contribute to process improvement opportunities within the team
  • Support social procurement and ESG initiatives across Procurement & Workplace Experience
  • Assist Procurement Managers in category strategy and stakeholder communications
  • Provide backup for Supplier Risk Officer and Travel & Expenses Specialist
  • Efficiently manage mailbox requests for timely resolutions
