Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing audience targeting and data management platforms (DMPs) to ensure effective digital advertising campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling audience segmentation, analyzing data for campaign insights, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted advertising strategies. You will be expected to ensure accurate data collection and facilitate the smooth operation of ad tech tools for real-time campaign optimization.

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain data collection and data management platforms;
  • Conduct audience segmentation and optimize audience targeting for digital advertising campaigns;
  • Analyze data for campaign insights and develop targeted advertising strategies;
  • Ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign optimization, leading to measurable improvements in ad performance and ROI;
  • Optimize data flows across platforms to improve audience insights and data-driven decisions;
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies, audience misclassification, or campaign delivery;
  • Maintain and monitor performance metrics, offering actionable insights for campaign improvements;
  • Drive continuous optimization of audience management strategies to enhance ad relevance and reach.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on audience management and data management platforms
  • Expertise with DMPs, DSPs, and data analytics tools
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and RTB
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technologies and industry trends
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad-serving platforms
