Your Role at a Glance
Be part of our client's team as a Salesforce Consultant, enhancing and configuring the 2Cloudnine solution for clients. You'll gather and understand requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, collaborate with Functional Consultants and clients, work in Agile projects using JIRA, and apply expertise in Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Formulas, and security configuration.

What You Bring to the Table
- At least 3-5 years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Successfully completed at minimum Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Salesforce technologies including object customization, page layouts, Lightning pages, flows, and formula fields
- Knowledge of object security, user management, reports and dashboards, data loader, and Community Cloud
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to understand client requirements and offer solutions
- Ability to work in a project team using Agile Scrum and lead other consultants to meet delivery targets
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan for completion of all required tasks
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders: Project Manager, Functional Consultants, Lead Salesforce Consultant, CEO/Business Development Lead
- Strong collaboration with external stakeholders: Client stakeholders, Client project team members, 2Cloudnine product and delivery consultants, external/offshore delivery partner technical consultants
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in continual enhancement of the Nuuco delivery process
- Work with Functional Consultants and client representatives to gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions
- Provide input into technical and functional design and solution discussions
- Provide estimations for technical development efforts
- Plan completion of the technical team's activities to meet sprint and project milestones
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Design, build, and test solutions using Salesforce tools
- Document metadata changes
- Prepare and complete design documentation (LucidChart) with estimates based on business requirements
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Functional Consultants to define, estimate, and deliver work items
- Maintain project information in JIRA and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups)
- Participate in functional testing sessions and internal showcases
- Resolve testing defects and manage deployments
- Communicate regularly with Lead Salesforce Consultant and Functional Consultants
- Develop and improve organizational procedures and processes
- Submit daily timesheets against JIRA tickets, equating to 40 hours per week
- Collaborate openly with Project Manager, Functional Consultants, other Salesforce Consultants, and client stakeholders
- Stay updated with 2Cloudnine Payroll enhancements and releases
- Perform self-learning and upskilling as required to meet leadership role expectations
