Job Summary:

As a key contributor, you will transform complex data into actionable business insights, uncover patterns and trends, and leverage AI modeling to innovate processes and solutions. Your logical approach, combined with your ability to inspire change, will help teams see new possibilities and achieve better outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Join our Centre of Excellence (COE) team dedicated to delivering high-impact analytics solutions that enhance processes, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability. In this role, you will develop models and scorecards to reveal market trends and key drivers, collaborate with operations teams to create intuitive tools, and oversee access management and usage monitoring for analytics platforms.

You will:


• Collect and process data from core functions such as sales, marketing, and finance.


• Analyse data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.


• Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.


• Partner with the COE team to build scalable, industrialised solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:


• At least 8 years of experience in data modelling and analysis, including:


• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.


• Applied machine learning algorithms.


• SQL or Python.


• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.


• Project management experience.


• At least 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.


• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:


• Background in data science.


• Experience in finance.


• Knowledge of sales processes and systems.


• Working familiarity with Salesforce CRM.


• Software engineering skills.

Additional Requirements:


• Candidates must demonstrate stability in their career, with no history of job changes more frequent than once per year.


• This role is open to residents of the Philippines who are eligible to work locally.
