KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic L&D vision aligned with organizational objectives and talent strategies.

  2. Identify organizational skill gaps and training needs through comprehensive assessments and industry analysis.

  3. Design and oversee the delivery of innovative learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

  4. Lead and manage the L&D team to ensure excellence in program execution and continuous improvement.

  5. Partner with senior leadership to embed learning initiatives within talent management, succession planning, and organizational growth.

  6. Measure and analyze the impact of L&D initiatives using data-driven approaches to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

  7. Manage the L&D budget, optimizing resources and ensuring cost-efficient training solutions.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or related field; master's degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline is a strong plus.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, or related HR functions with proven record of developing impactful learning programs.
