Customer Service Specialist

CSET Universalist
is someone who deals with customers (Buyers or Authorized Representatives) through various communication channels (phone – inbound/outbound, email, chat, walk-in or other electronic means). They provide an end-to-end account management service associated with post-booking related concerns either through an
IRC
(Inquire – Request – Complain) or
RUN
(Remind – Update – Notify) activity.

It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, and participate in all process and system advancements relative to his/her task.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong phone skills and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Knowledgeable in Salesforce will be an advantage.
  • Adequate proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work onsite at Circuit, Makati City.
