About the role

As an Assistant Project Development Manager at Megaworld Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of property development projects. This full-time position will be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, allowing you to be at the heart of the company's operations. You will work closely with the project development team to ensure all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of property development projects from conceptualisation to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to align project goals and milestones
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Participate in the development of project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling requirements
  • Support the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services to facilitate project delivery
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on all project-related activities
  • Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project standards are met

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in project development preferably within the real estate or property industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to effectively plan, organize and execute multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
