The
Paralegal
will provide assistance to the Legal Team in accomplishing legal related functions including providing research, taking charge of corporate housekeeping, coordinating with other departments, and liaising with relevant government agencies

Responsibilities

Legal Work

● Assist lawyers in drafting letters and memos, conducting legal research and facilitating queries.

● Contract review of template contracts and ensuring that they comply with the supporting documentary requirements of the AIC.

● Coordinate with different CSUs/BUs of AIC on operational matters, including AEV.

Corporate Housekeeping

● Take lead in the drafting of corporate secretarial documents and maintenance of records.

● Monitor compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements of AIC and its BUs.

● Prepare and lead the implementation of a document management system.

● Maintain tacker and monitor status of legal processes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, Legal Management, Public Administration, other related courses.

● Minimum of 2-3 years Paralegal experience.

● Strong understanding and knowledge of Philippine Laws.

● Good analytical and problem solving skills.

● Effective written and verbal communication

● Ability to draft contracts, memos, and compliance documents.

● Ability to organize files, coordinate schedules, deadlines, and manage documents system.

● Strong attention to detail Integrity and Ethical conduct

● Proficiency in software applications (MS Office or Google apps)
