Role: Branch Relationship Manager

About You & The Role

As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will directly report to the Business Center Head and will play a key role in driving growth and deepening relationships within the branch's customer base. You'll focus on cultivating low-cost deposits, expanding portfolios, and attracting new clients through personalized financial solutions — all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to the Bank's service and compliance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive deposit growth and portfolio expansion through strong relationship management.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell bank products to increase client value and wallet share.
  • Engage clients regularly to understand financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strengthen partnerships by leveraging synergies within clients' networks.
  • Promote digital adoption and ensure compliance with sales and service standards.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in low-cost deposit (LCD) average daily balance.
  • Improved product-to-client ratio and achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Increased referrals and successful conversion of new-to-bank clients.

Qualifications We Value

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant banking or sales experience with solid product knowledge.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of bank products, client needs, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen market awareness.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly collaborative.
