About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Officer to join our passionate team at C & E Publishing, Inc'. In this full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as the key point of contact for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and providing accurate and timely updates
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommending solutions to enhance our service offerings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Proactively following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their feedback is addressed
  • Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills to provide the best possible support

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse information, identify issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the call centre or customer service industry
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner of new software and systems
