  • Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures.

  • Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Monitor daily sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) and other operational reports.

  • Implement sales strategies and promotions as instructed by management.

  • Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.

  • Ensure staff follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct basic coaching and guidance to improve staff productivity.

  • Report attendance, tardiness, and manpower concerns to HR/Admin.

  • Monitor stock levels, usage, and movement of products and supplies.

  • Ensure proper receiving, recording, and safekeeping of inventories.
  • Coordinate with Admin/Finance for replenishment and supply requests.

  • Report discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately.

  • Oversee cash handling and ensure accuracy of sales transactions.

  • Safekeep cash, receipts, and remittances following company procedures.

  • Coordinate with Finance for deposits and financial documentation.

  • Ensure all customers receive quality service and assistance.

  • Maintain store ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality.

  • Address customer issues professionally and escalate if needed.

  • Ensure strict compliance with store policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

  • Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports (DSR, Inventory, Issues).
  • Communicate store concerns, operational needs, and incidents to the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
