In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end test plans, ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation.
  • Validate business requirements against user specifications for functional efficacy.
  • Manage testing projects using Agile methodologies and structured milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for effective implementation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain stringent quality standards.
  • Prepare and facilitate user acceptance testing and provide staff training.
  • Develop and test BI reports to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external queries, ensuring clear communication.
